Butterfly Bones Jewelry by Kyndl Walston
Kyndl Walston is the creator of Butterfly Bones. She grew up in Reisterstown, went to Franklin High School, and attended fine art and design classes at CCBC. She then started Kyndl Walston Decorative Painting, which kept her busy for 19 years, doing mostly faux finishes and ornamental painting.
Eventually Kyndl found her love of making jewelry. She uses many pieces from nature, as well as broken parts and pieces of all sorts of things that she had been collecting since childhood. Her work are little frozen moments; creating halted disintegration by working with nature and discarded man-made objects; twisting them around, taking them out of context and preserving them.
Kyndl hopes you enjoy wearing and collecting your own collection of Butterfly Bones.
